Provenance: Acquired by the grandfather of the current owner in the late 1920s–1930s.
Thence by descent.

Circular, the borders decorated with nautical ropes on marine green, blue and white ground and interwoven to include Imperial orb, anchors and crowned monogram “AII” in Old Slavonic for Alexander II, with green Imperial ciphers for Alexander II.
