The first case comprising one large fish slice, one ladle, one large serving spoon, two slices, a pair ivory-tipped salad
servers, sauce ladle; twelve table spoons, twelve dessert spoons, twelve teaspoons; one short slice, carving knife and fork, twelve table forks, twelve dessert forks, twelve fruit knives; twelve table knives, twelve dessert knives (all with stainless steel blades), six coffee spoons, in a large original oak case fitted with three trays.
The second case comprising a zakuski service of twelve forks, two small skewers, one large pair of tongs, one fish
slice and fork, one large cheese knife, one sardine slice and fork, one butter knife, one carving knife, one lobster pick, one unusual shellfish clamp, one cold meat fork, one pickle fork, twelve forks, twelve knives (one not identical,
all with stainless steel blades), in a matching, original oak case fitted with two trays.
The handles cast and chased with a variety of putti and floral motifs and unmarked cartouche for the monogram.
The renowned workshop of I. E. Morozov, Supplier to the Imperial Household and founder
of the Morozov Trading House, was considered to be one of the best Master Jewellers’ in Russia.
