Diameter 21 cm.
Circular, the cavetto painted with the Imperial arms with the collar of the Order of St. Andrew against an ermine-lined mantle and the Imperial crown, the border with stylised gilt ciselé swans and garlands against a cobalt blue ground, apparently unmarked.
