Realistically modelled, the mother in a light patterned dress, standing on her knees beside her daughter and finishing her braid, the daughter standing with a black satchel in her hand and wearing a brown Soviet school dress with a white apron, on a circular shaped white base with faded signature and large blue underglaze manufactory mark, incised initials and further numbered ’41’ in black.
