Of rounded rectangular form, the lid enamelled with an architectural
drawing of the Hotel Continental on Neglinka in Moscow, designed by
A. Beloyartsev and approved for construction by the Minister of Internal Affairs D. Tolstoy and dated 12th February 1887, the thumbpiece set with a cabochon ruby.
