* 311. A PORCELAIN COMPOSITION “AT THE VILLAGE PUMP”

Realistically modelled, a peasant boy sitting astride the pipe,
wearing a white tunic and purple Scythian cap accompanied by
two peasant girls, one with a yellow apron operating the pump
liver, the other dressed with a white apron helping fill the
bucket, on a circular shaped naturalistic base, with impressed
manufactory marks, further numbered ‘98’.
