Provenance: Acquired directly from the artist by Grosvenor Gallery, London, in the 1960s.
Acquired from the above by the present owner in 1998.

Authenticity of the work has been confirmed by the artist.
The work will be included in the forthcoming Oscar Rabin catalogue raisonné being prepared by A&C Projects, Michèle and Marc Ivasilevitch.
