Rectangular form with pale lavender enamel over a wavy guilloché ground, applied with two stems of silver laurel leaves bound at the bottom with a bow, set between a ribbon-tied, reeded bezel and beaded border, set in a pale wood frame with a wooden back and strut, the wood frame applied with the gilded crown.
