Illustrations for Guy de Maupassant's "Boule de Suif" and "Bel-Ami" and Another Illustration, three works, two signed, one dated 1939-1941, the third inscribed in Cyrillic by the artist's widow on the reverse.
One pencil on paper, the other pencil and watercolour on paper, the third pencil and gouache on card, the largest measuring 23 by 18 cm and the smallest 23 by 16.5 cm.
