90. ARCHANGEL MICHAEL “HORSEMAN OF THE APOCALYPSE”

Riding a rearing, winged horse, the Archangel with extended, red wings and a floating cape is raising the closed Gospel in his left hand and with the right hand is carrying a censer (its chains still visible). The upper right corner depicts the open heavens containing the holy altar and a bust of Christ, the latter held by the Hand of God which emerges from the smaller celestial segment, defined by a white curve, the forefront showing the underworld, including the personification of the devil and his kingdom; executed in the traditional style in red, gold and dark colours.
