Painted in the 1920s, Stenberg's most interesting and productive period.

Aside from Constructivist avant-garde theatre, film, and parade design, he was the chief artist for the Dnieproges Hydropower Station.
A similar work can be found in Rostov State Museum, Russia (the second painting shown below).
