Repoussé, chased and engraved oklad applied with cloisonné enamel corners and halos; the plaque in champlevé enamel with presentation inscription in Cyrillic “To Egor Dmitrievich Levitsky, the Smolensk Branch Manager of the Chamber of Finances, for his 30 years service from 1861 to 1891; from Colleagues”.
