An Amusing Porcelain Desk Stand in the Form of an Izba

Height 17 cm.
Realistically modelled, with pitched roof, chimney and log walls, a peasant woman emerging from the front door, fitted with a removable bucket-form inkwell, barrel-form pounce pot and a wagon wheel fitted as a pen rest, with blue underglaze and impressed manufactory marks.
