Bast Shoe Sellers, Town of Elatma on the Oka River, signed, inscribed in Cyrillic "Elatma" and dated 1917, also further inscribed "g. Elatma/Tambovskoi gubernii" and dated "7e oktiabria 1917 god" on the reverse.
