Circular, the cavetto with a hammer and sickle in red and gold within a thick dark blue border with gilt rims, carrying a Ferdinand Lassalle slogan in Cyrillic, painted spirally over the plate in gold, black and red, with an obliterated Alexander III mark and blue manufactory marks.
