MAKER’S MARK ‘VA’ IN CYRILLIC, MOSCOW, 1899–1908, 84 STANDARD

Length 18 cm.


The circular bowl enamelled en plein within a border of stylised scrolling foliage against an off-white speckled ground, the handle with cobalt blue, blue and purple enamels against the matching off-white ground, inscribed in Cyrillic “Vernomu Sokolovu na dobruyu pamyat’ ot Leonida Patisheva”.
