MAKER’S MARKS OF VASILY SEMENOV IN CYRILLIC, MOSCOW, 1889, 84 STANDARD
Height of the flask 26.5 cm, of a vodka cup 5 cm, diameter of the tray 33.5 cm.

Fourteen pieces comprising twelve vodka cups, a tray and a flask; the flask of elongated tapering form with a cone finial embellished with niello foliate motifs; each cup placed on three ball stems, the tray on three rounded stems; all decorated with niello scrolled leaves, stylized flowers and petals, with dotted silver rims; the engraving on the flask reads “Na pamyat’ Ot fabrichno-rabochih Torgovo-promyshlennogo Tovarischestva Yaroslavskoi Bolshoi Manufaktury Direktoru fabriki Elisei Eliseevichu G-nu Shokros Maya 14 dnya 1889 g.” in Cyrillic.
