Circular, of spreading foot, the interior of the bowl centred with the Imperial double-headed eagle in black on green, within black, green and gilt borders on white ground, the exterior, stem and foot of gilt ground decorated with stylized floral motifs and simulated jewels, within blue or white borders, with green Imperial cipher for Alexander II and with red inventory number “OXP. 23080”.
