AFTER A DESIGN BY SERGEY CHEKHONIN, STATE PORCELAIN MANUFACTORY, LENINGRAD, 1923 .

The cavettos and borders painted with black floral motifs, with shaped gilt rims, marked with green Imperial ciphers for Nicholas II with dates 1911 and 1912, with blue hammer and sickle factory marks, each dated 1923 and numbered 79/485, 490, 491 and 494.
