Depicting an Uzbek man in traditional costume, lying down reading a newspaper, stamped under base with green “LFZ” factory mark, an indistinct green mark and numbered "9".

This model belongs to the “Discussion of the New Constitution in Uzbekistan” desk set, comprising of an inkwell, a tray, a vase, a lamp stand and an ashtray.
