Round, the centre is decorated with a colourful view of Kazansky Cathedral, St Petersburg, the boarders are gilded, the base is marked with a green underglaze crowned mark of Nicholas II and dated 1895, and a brown overglaze mark in Cyrillic with inventory number "PDMP-2615/2-F"
