Authenticity certificate from the Expert Centre of Cultural Values, Republic of Armenia, experts S. Manoukyan and Sh. Asoyan.

The two watercolours presented for the auction, lots 300-301 are from the series From the Train Window executed in 1960, a time which coincided with the artist’s frequent trips between Yerevan and Moscow. The fast-changing landscapes of Armenia and Russia are brought together in these bright and brisk watercolours.
