MAKER’S MARK “P. D” IN CYRILLIC, ST PETERSBURG, 1887, 84 STANDARD
31 by 39 cm.
Oval tapering base with applied Imperial Eagle surmounted with silver wreath, depicting young horse with two men beside her, one gently touching the body with his left hand and brushing with his right, the other standing beside a bucket raising a bridle, a silver applied commemorative note to the back "Priz Kobyly Treh Let" in Cyrillic and "Provence" in Latin.
