The icon depicts the elderly St. Guriy with a long beard, his hands raised in prayer and holding a cross, St. Samon to the left and to the right St. Aviva swinging a censer and holding a casket, all with prominent golden haloes, dressed in ecclesiastical attire, the Mandylion on the upper border, to the sides are the family patrons, the Guardian Angel and St. Aleksandra, opposite are St. Theodore and once again the Guardian Angel.
